Board Women is a community driven business with a mission to inspire and empower 30+ women (and gender minorities) through the world of board sports (snow, surf, skate).
We host individual and company retreats, local meet ups, and create inspiring content and products, all to build women’s confidence.
When was the last time you fell? We believe your 30s and beyond are exactly the right time to embrace risk, and yet so many of us stop doing just that. We struggle to find time for ourselves beyond family and commitments, however when we do take risks, the mental, emotional and physical benefits trickle into every area of our life.
Board sports are a solution for many of these issues, but they can feel intimidating to access. Whether it’s due to gender, age, or simply not having a friend to go with, Board Women brings together a community of women (and gender minorities) who need a helping hand to get started.
