Looking for a fun and supportive way to play flag football? The South Island Flag Football League is a gender-inclusive league welcoming women and genderqueer people.
Our league is recreational and non-contact, making it perfect for players of all skill levels, from ages 16 to 50+. No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you the rules in a friendly and encouraging environment. All you need are cleats, and a love for the game—so what’s stopping you? Come join us on the field and be part of something great!
