What do you love most about being involved in sports as an adult?
Being outdoors with a group of people sharing the same goal.
Why do you think it's important for women to play sports in adulthood? What motivates you to play sports as an adult?
Role models… we began many of the sports that women can participate in today. The next generation will continue the legacy.
What’S the biggest benefit sport gives you?
Exercise, and camaraderie.
What's the best advice you have for other women who want to play sports?
Don’t let anyone say that you can’t.
